    I had a shredder similar to this for years and it finally wore out. I wanted the same type as I find the ones enclosed tend to overheat easily. Caught up on the shredding and product held up. I like that I can place it on a larger can. Great value for the money.

    I had a shredder similar to the Aurora I purchased. Could not find the type in any store. Went on line and found the Aurora, which just sits on top of a large garbage can. It fit my purpose perfectly and it did fit my budget. Would recommend to anyone. It runs very quietly.

    Fills all my needs for home use. For my volume of paper and average frequency of use at monthly, this shredder should last an extended period of time. A perfect fits for my basket which was used for previous shredder.
