Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges at iThinkBlue.com are quick and easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, for any reason of any kind, you may complete our Customer Service Form for a refund, exchange or credit within 15 days of the original purchase date.


Return Policy

We will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) Number if we approve your request upon evaluation. This RA Number is only valid for 10 days from the issue date. The return process will usually take 2-3 weeks.

Upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse, we will determine if you are qualified for a full or partial refund. The refund amount will be credited to you in the same method of payment used for the original order. The refund process may take 2-3 weeks to complete. An exchange item will be sent to you once our warehouse verifies the condition of the returned item.

Please note a 15% restocking fee may apply under certain circumstances. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damage or Wrong Item: If you have received the wrong or damaged item, simply let us know and we will arrange to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional cost. You may keep the wrong item that was originally shipped. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Non-Returnable Item: Items such as, but not limited to, special orders of non-stock merchandise, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, dated goods, custom stamps and certain technology items are not returnable unless it is determined that the wrong product was shipped.

Refund Policy

All items need to be in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging with UPC code in order to receive a full refund. Your item will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse facility. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Shredder products may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of product. All items will be inspected and must be in new condition, complete with all parts and accessories, all associated documents, with all original packaging (including all UPC codes on the box).
