Order Policy

You can simply follow these steps order procedure to place an order. If you need additional assistance, please call us at (866) 537-5146 or email us via Service@iThinkBlue.com

1. Search for an Item

Browse for your item from main categories on the top menu tabs (a sub-category menu will appear to your left once you click on any top category). Or you may simply enter a keyword in the Search box on the left menu.

2. Add Item to Cart

Once you have located your item, enter the quantity you would like to purchase (normally you will see a quantity of “1” in this field). Click the “Add to Cart” button. You will then be directed to your Shopping Cart. You may proceed to either Checkout, Continue Shopping, or add your item to a “List” by clicking on the “Add to My Wish List” button. You can use My Wish Lists to save items that you would like to purchase at a later date.

3. Checkout Process

When you are finished with selecting all the items to be purchased, click “$ xx - Total X Items” on the top of the page. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will be prompted to login if you have not done so. If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account with us.

4. Account Login

Login with your username and password, then enter your
Billing and Shipping address Information and click Continue.
 
5. Enter Payment Method

Enter a payment method and click Continue.

6. Submit Order

Review the details of your order and click “Place Order.” If you like to make change on your order, click the “Edit” button and it will take you back to your Shopping Cart. You may then modify your item(s) and then proceed to click “Checkout” and “Continue” until you submit the order.

7. Track Your Order

You can view your invoice by clicking “Print Invoice.” If you like to check the status of your order, go to “My Account” and select “My Order History.”

Please also note that prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. In addition, errors will be corrected when discovered, and we reserve the right to cancel any confirmed orders or stated offers, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, iThinkBlue.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


Sales Tax Calculation

Sales tax will be charged on all orders that are shipped within the State of California, regardless of the product’s point of origin. If this tax rate is higher than that of in your city, please file a tax refund claim with your city sales tax official.
